Our Promise
Your skin is personal, and we want you to love what you use. If you are not completely satisfied with your Celvara purchase, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery.
Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Products purchased directly from celvaralabs.com or our authorized Amazon storefront are eligible.
- Items purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers are not eligible for return or refund.
- Subscription orders may be canceled at any time before the next ship date.
How to Request a Return
- Email hello@celvaralabs.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
- Ship the product (used or unused) back to the address provided.
- Once received, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Refund Details
Refunds cover the price of the product. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Once your refund is processed, please allow up to 10 business days for it to appear on your statement.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, promotional samples, and final-sale items are not eligible for return.
Amazon Orders
Orders placed through Amazon are subject to Amazon's return policy and should be processed directly through your Amazon account.
