Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET on Friday begin processing the following Monday. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

All U.S. orders are fulfilled through Amazon FBA for fast, reliable delivery.

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): $5.95, or FREE on orders over $50
  • Expedited Shipping (2 business days): $12.95
  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $24.95

We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses. Additional time may be required for remote locations.

International Shipping

At this time, Celvara ships within the United States only. We are working to expand internationally — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we ship to your country.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update with the carrier.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If you still cannot locate it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Celvara is not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local laws.
