1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using celvaralabs.com (the "Site") and purchasing products from Celvara Labs ("Celvara," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Products & Pricing
We strive to display product images, descriptions, and prices accurately, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable taxes.
4. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors. Payment is processed at the time of order through our authorized payment processors.
5. Cosmetic Use Disclaimer
Celvara products are cosmetics intended for topical use only. They are not drugs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements regarding our products have not been evaluated by the FDA. Always patch test before use, and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Consult your healthcare provider if you are pregnant, nursing, or have a medical condition.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, product imagery, and the Celvara name, is the property of Celvara Labs or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or related systems.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Celvara Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or any product purchased through it. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
